Instructions
- Prep the Apples: Peel, core, and dice the apples into small chunks. Toss them in cinnamon and a touch of sugar.

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.

- Cook the Pancakes: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, adding diced apples on top.
