Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
- Whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Fill each donut cavity about halfway using a piping bag or a zip-top bag.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
Notes
These donuts can be topped with icing or more sprinkles for additional fun.
