Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy, almond, or oat)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. Whisk together the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Fill each donut cavity about halfway using a piping bag or a zip-top bag.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
