- 1 cup Granulated Sugar

- 2 large Eggs
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 Orange
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries and orange zest gently.
- Drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and centers are still soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
