Ingredients

  • 1 cup blue cheese (Roquefort or Gorgonzola)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme or rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the pears lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
  3. Mix the blue cheese, nuts, and herbs in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each pear half generously with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 15–20 minutes until tender and bubbly.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving.
