Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and nutty.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and granulated sugar. Add browned butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together flour and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the wet mixture, folding until a dough forms.
  5. Add chocolate chunks and mix until evenly distributed.

  7. Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
