  • 250g burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup roasted cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Incorporate chopped basil and parsley into the skillet, cooking for another minute.
  4. Ffold cooked pasta shells into the skillet, ensuring they are coated with the herb mixture.
  5. Add torn burrata chunks among the shells, allowing it to mix with the pasta.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and add optional roasted cherry tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve garnished with additional herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
