- 250g burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste

- 1 cup roasted cherry tomatoes (optional)
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Incorporate chopped basil and parsley into the skillet, cooking for another minute.
- Ffold cooked pasta shells into the skillet, ensuring they are coated with the herb mixture.
- Add torn burrata chunks among the shells, allowing it to mix with the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add optional roasted cherry tomatoes or sautéed mushrooms.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
- Serve garnished with additional herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
