Description

A stunning centerpiece made of creamy burrata cheese, earthy mushrooms, fresh greens, and vibrant cherry tomatoes, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Burrata cheese
  • Mushrooms (cremini and shiitake)
  • Baby spinach or arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme)
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables: Wash the greens and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Clean and chop the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the mushrooms: In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil, add garlic, then toss in the mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the wreath: On a large platter, form a wreath shape using the greens, scatter sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes around, leaving space in the center.
  4. Place the burrata: Gently put the burrata in the center of your wreath.
  5. Finish with fresh herbs: Sprinkle herbs over the wreath and drizzle with olive oil and optional balsamic glaze.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Share the Burrata Wreath immediately with loved ones.
