Instructions
- Prep the salmon by patting dry and ensuring it’s free from bones.
- Make the honey butter mixture by melting butter, then stirring in honey, garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
- Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then flip and drizzle honey butter over it, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute olive oil for butter. Ensure to cook at medium to medium-low heat to prevent drying out.
