Description

A delightful blend of sweet and spicy Cajun flavors paired with buttery salmon, perfect for family meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
  • 1 lemon or lime, for squeezing

Instructions

  1. Prep the salmon by patting dry and ensuring it’s free from bones.
  2. Make the honey butter mixture by melting butter, then stirring in honey, garlic, and Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook the salmon in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, then flip and drizzle honey butter over it, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime and garnish with fresh herbs.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute olive oil for butter. Ensure to cook at medium to medium-low heat to prevent drying out.
