Ingredients

- 10–12 Fresh mint leaves
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 oz Light rum
- ¼ cup Heavy cream
- 1–2 tbsp Simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare the mint by rinsing and patting dry the leaves. Place in a sturdy glass and gently muddle to release the oils.
- Add the juice of one lime and 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup to the glass, mixing gently.
- Incorporate 2 ounces of light rum over the muddled mixture.
- Mix in ¼ cup of heavy cream, stirring gently.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with club soda.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lime.
- Serve and enjoy slowly.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and top with additional club soda. Can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
