Indulge in the delightful combination of fudgy brownies and creamy ice cream, perfect for family gatherings and sweet moments.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix or homemade brownies
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 quart of your favorite ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie batter by melting butter, adding sugar, then eggs one by one, and finally folding in cocoa powder and flour.
  3. Bake the brownies in a greased 9×13 inch pan for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
  4. Assemble sandwiches by cutting brownies into squares and placing a scoop of ice cream between two squares. Press gently.
  5. Chill in the freezer for at least an hour to firm up.
  6. Serve and enjoy after letting them sit for 5 minutes out of the freezer.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour. Use coconut oil for a dairy-free variation.
