Ingredients

  • Brownies (homemade or box mix)
  • Fresh or thawed frozen pitted cherries
  • Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • Butter
  • Confectioner’s sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to your brownie mix/package instructions and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Bake the brownies until a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
  3. Let brownies cool completely, then chop into small squares or crumbles.
  4. Wash and pit cherries, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  5. In a bowl, combine brownie crumbs and cherries, mixing well.
  6. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Melt the chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  9. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  10. Chill again for 10-15 minutes to let the chocolate set.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
