Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease your ramekins with butter.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix sugar and eggs in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
- Add vanilla extract, flour, and salt, folding gently to maintain airiness.
- Pour the batter into greased ramekins, filling them three-quarters full.
- Bake for about 12-14 minutes, until edges are set but centers jiggle.
- Cool slightly before inverting onto plates and serve immediately.
