- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce

- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Crushed Graham Crackers or Ladyfinger Biscuits
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds or Chopped Nuts
Instructions
- Prepare the Cranberry Sauce by simmering cranberries with sugar and water until they burst, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- Mix the Cream Cheese by beating it with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Assemble the Cups by layering crushed graham crackers, cranberry sauce, and cream cheese mixture in small glasses. Repeat layers, leaving space for whipped cream on top.
- Top each cup with whipped cream and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds or nuts. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Serve with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs or desired toppings just before serving.
