Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce by simmering cranberries with sugar and water until they burst, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese by beating it with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
  3. Assemble the Cups by layering crushed graham crackers, cranberry sauce, and cream cheese mixture in small glasses. Repeat layers, leaving space for whipped cream on top.
  4. Top each cup with whipped cream and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds or nuts. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
