- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1 cup cake mix (vanilla or chocolate)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the Cool Whip and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the cake mix gradually, stirring until well blended.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, rolling each in powdered sugar.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Avoid overbaking for a soft texture.
