Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Cool Whip and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cake mix gradually, stirring until well blended.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions, rolling each in powdered sugar.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
