Instructions

- Shape the dough into logs about 1.5 inches in diameter, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice logs into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
