Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, cream cheese, minced garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper.
