- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced

Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Incorporate the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, and then add the rice.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender.
- Finish with heavy cream and herbs, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
