- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, cranberries, sugar, and optional ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cut the dough into triangles or squares, depending on the brand.
- Spoon a generous dollop of cranberry mixture onto the wide end of each dough piece.
- Roll each piece of dough tightly around the filling, pinching the ends to seal.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar before baking.
