Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Start by cutting your salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Create the breading: Set up a dredging station with three bowls—one for flour, another for egg, and the last for panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder.
  3. Coat the salmon: Dip each salmon piece into flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry the salmon bites: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon bites until golden brown—about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Prepare the bang bang sauce: Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  6. Assemble the bowls: Place a scoop of rice or quinoa in each bowl, top with crispy salmon bites, drizzle with bang bang sauce, and add fresh veggies and herbs.
