Ingredients

- 2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (if baking) or heat oil in a skillet.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips and soak in a mix of eggs and buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Coat each chicken strip in seasoned flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the tenders in hot oil for 3-5 minutes per side until golden, or bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
