- 1 cup milk or cream (or non-dairy milk)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Dice your onions, carrots, and potatoes.
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic. Drain excess fat.
- Combine in the Crock Pot: Transfer the beef mixture to the Crock Pot. Add the potatoes, carrots, celery, and any other veggies.
- Add Liquids and Seasonings: Pour in the beef broth, cover the ingredients, and stir in seasonings.
- Cook Low and Slow: Set your Crock Pot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Final Touch: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in milk or cream.
