Ingredients

- 2 Fresh Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 2 Carrots (grated or finely shredded)
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and dry apples and carrots. Grate carrots and dice apples into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Toss It All Together: In a large bowl, combine grated carrots and diced apples. Pour dressing over and gently toss.
