Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples carefully, leaving enough of the walls intact. Slice the bottom of each apple to create a flat base.
  3. In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add sour cream or Greek yogurt and mix well.
  4. Stuff each apple with the cream cheese mixture, sprinkling cinnamon on top.
