Description
A simple and delicious recipe for perfectly crispy air fryer salmon that brings the family together.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme), to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
- Chop fresh herbs finely and press them onto the salmon.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (about 200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness; salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove the fillets, squeezing extra lemon juice on top if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For even cooking, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Watch the salmon closely in the last few minutes of cooking to prevent overcooking.
