Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, add the semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until everything is melted and combined smoothly.
- Mix in Vanilla and Salt: Once the mixture is silky, remove it from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour into the Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm to the touch.
- Cut and Serve: Remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares. Enjoy at room temperature or directly from the fridge.
