Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water.
  3. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with butter over medium heat until golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Create the Alfredo sauce by pouring in heavy cream and stirring while it simmers, then mix in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Combine the cooked linguine with the sauce, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and extra Parmesan, then serve hot.

Notes
