- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning well with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the beef a minute before it’s done cooking; then remove from heat.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Combine the browned beef, grated Parmesan, and fresh herbs in a bowl, mixing well.
- Take one biscuit, flatten it, and spoon the beef and cheese mixture into the center.
- Fold the edges over and shape it into a ball, ensuring the filling is secure.
- Place the bombs seam side down on the baking sheet, brushing with melted butter and sprinkling additional Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with zesty dipping sauces like garlic aioli or marinara. Great as an appetizer or main dish!
