Description

Cheesy, savory bombs of ground beef wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, infused with garlic and Parmesan for an irresistible bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning well with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic to the beef a minute before it’s done cooking; then remove from heat.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Combine the browned beef, grated Parmesan, and fresh herbs in a bowl, mixing well.
  6. Take one biscuit, flatten it, and spoon the beef and cheese mixture into the center.
  7. Fold the edges over and shape it into a ball, ensuring the filling is secure.
  8. Place the bombs seam side down on the baking sheet, brushing with melted butter and sprinkling additional Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with zesty dipping sauces like garlic aioli or marinara. Great as an appetizer or main dish!
