Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with flax eggs and use plant-based butter.
