Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Lemons, zested and juiced
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the fish by cleaning and drying it.
  3. Make the marinade by whisking together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Season the fish with the marinade inside and out.
  5. Roast the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes until flaky.
  6. Garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
