- 1–2 pounds Whole Sea Bream
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Lemons, zested and juiced
- 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the fish by cleaning and drying it.
- Make the marinade by whisking together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Season the fish with the marinade inside and out.
- Roast the fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes until flaky.
- Garnish with olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes. Pair with seasonal vegetables or a Greek salad.
