- 2 eggs, beaten

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and whisking the eggs.
- Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the ground beef for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
- Incorporate the diced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Scramble the eggs in the center of the skillet and mix them into the beef and vegetables.
- Mix in the cooked rice and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Final seasoning with soy sauce and sesame oil, then serve hot topped with green onions.
