  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and whisking the eggs.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown the ground beef for 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
  5. Incorporate the diced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Scramble the eggs in the center of the skillet and mix them into the beef and vegetables.
