Ingredients
- Pizza Crust (store-bought or homemade)
- Marinara Sauce (or pesto/white sauce)
- Mozzarella Cheese (or provolone/sharp cheddar)
- Pepperoni
- Mushrooms
- Olives
- Bell Peppers
- Garlic Powder
- Oregano
- Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- If using store-bought dough, roll it out to about half an inch thick on a floured surface. Lay pitas or naan on a baking tray.
- Spread sauce generously on each crust.
- Layer with mozzarella cheese and your chosen toppings.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, slice into bite-sized pieces, and serve warm.
