Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into rectangles, about 4×4 inches.
  3. On one half of each rectangle, place a slice of ham and a sprinkle of cheese.
  4. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and press the edges together.
