- 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add two eggs, one at a time, along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Combine in a separate bowl 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, then slowly add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Incorporate 3/4 cup of caramel sauce gently into the dough.
- Scoop dough onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes if sticky for easier handling.
