- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- Black pepper, to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Flavor Base: In a small bowl, blend softened butter or olive oil with minced garlic, finely chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Season the turkey: Pat the turkey breast dry and rub the herb-butter mixture all over it. Let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

- Roast the turkey: Transfer to a baking dish, pour in chicken broth, and roast for about 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the turkey: Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish and enjoy: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the turkey before serving.
