Description

A flavorful herb-crusted turkey breast infused with garlic, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 boneless turkey breast
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until a paste forms.
  4. Rub the herb mixture generously over the turkey breast, getting under the skin if possible.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast uncovered for approximately 90 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting with pan juices halfway through.
  6. Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
  7. Carve the turkey breast thinly and serve warm with pan juices.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer for perfect cooking. Resting the turkey is crucial to retain moisture.
