- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until a paste forms.
- Rub the herb mixture generously over the turkey breast, getting under the skin if possible.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast uncovered for approximately 90 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), basting with pan juices halfway through.
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.
- Carve the turkey breast thinly and serve warm with pan juices.
