- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 8 oz udon or rice noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients – Thinly slice beef against the grain, chop vegetables, and cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Marinate the beef – Toss beef with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Cook the noodles – Boil water and cook noodles until al dente. Drain, saving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Stir-fry the beef – Heat oil in a skillet or wok, add marinated beef, and cook until browned (2-3 minutes). Remove beef.
- Sauté the vegetables – Add more oil if needed and stir-fry the vegetables for 2-4 minutes.
- Combine everything – Return beef to the skillet, add noodles and a splash of hoisin sauce, tossing until combined and heated through.
- Serve – Dish up Hoisin Beef Noodles, garnishing with sesame seeds and green onions.
