  4. Spread the puree: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly, about 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Dry it out: Preheat the oven to the lowest setting (170°F) and prop the door open slightly. Dry for 6-8 hours.
  6. Cool and cut: Once dried, let it cool completely, then cut into strips or roll-up shapes.
