Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Wash them thoroughly, remove the stems, and cut them in half.
- Blend the mixture: Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- Sweeten and balance: Stir in your chosen sweetener and lemon juice, tasting to adjust sweetness.
- Spread the puree: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly, about 1/8-inch thick.
- Dry it out: Preheat the oven to the lowest setting (170°F) and prop the door open slightly. Dry for 6-8 hours.
- Cool and cut: Once dried, let it cool completely, then cut into strips or roll-up shapes.
