- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup long-grain rice (jasmine or basmati)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Vegetables (asparagus or green beans)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the glaze by melting the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stirring in honey and minced garlic, and setting aside.
- Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with the honey butter glaze.
- Roast the salmon for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily, basting with more glaze halfway through.
- Cook the rice per package instructions, adding broth for flavor if desired.
- Sauté vegetables in olive oil until vibrant and tender.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, top with salmon and vegetables, drizzle with remaining sauce, garnish with herbs, and enjoy!
Notes
Use a meat thermometer for the salmon to reach 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for a minute before serving.
