- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Combine the cottage cheese and parmesan in a mixing bowl.
- Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix in the Worcestershire sauce if desired.
