- 4 oz Salami, sliced
- 4 oz Capicola, sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Olives (green or black), sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing or Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables by washing and tearing the Romaine.
- Chop and dice cucumber and red onion; pit and slice olives.
- Add slices of salami and capicola, folding them for texture.
- Include pepperoncini and olives in the mix.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad, just enough to coat.
