- 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella and sharp cheddar blend)
- 2–3 Jalapeños, sliced
- 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions or Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or lined baking sheet.
- Mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the prepared dough, leaving a little edge for the crust.
- Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar over the pizza, then distribute the jalapeño slices and bacon bits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or chives, allow to rest, then slice and serve.
