- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Slice the peaches and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in diced peaches gently.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool before drizzling with caramel sauce.
Notes
