Instructions

- Cream the butter and sugars: In another bowl, beat the butter with granulated and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs: Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Combine wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined, then fold in the chocolate and walnuts.
- Scoop and shape: Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, giving space for them to spread.
- Bake: Place the trays in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool down: Let them cool on the baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
