Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken thighs skin side down and sear for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic: Toss in minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
