- 2 fresh lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prep the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear the chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken thighs skin side down and sear for 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic: Toss in minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
- Introduce the lemon: Squeeze one lemon’s juice over chicken, add lemon halves, and pour in chicken broth.
