Ingredients

  • 8 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
  • 8 slices Bacon (thick-cut)
  • 2 tablespoons Nashville Hot Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • Hot Sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the mozzarella sticks by cutting each in half if desired.
  3. Wrap each piece of mozzarella with a slice of bacon, overlapping edges.
  4. Coat the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in almond flour.
  5. Spice it up with hot sauce and sprinkle with Nashville hot seasoning.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melty.
