- 1/2 cup Almond Flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the mozzarella sticks by cutting each in half if desired.
- Wrap each piece of mozzarella with a slice of bacon, overlapping edges.
- Coat the bacon-wrapped mozzarella sticks in almond flour.
- Spice it up with hot sauce and sprinkle with Nashville hot seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melty.
- Serve warm with extra hot sauce or dipping sauce.
Notes
For a lighter version, turkey bacon can be used as a substitute. Ensure even baking by not overcrowding the baking sheet.
