- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms, chopped

- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Finely chop the sautéed mushrooms and fresh herbs. Slice the cheese if needed.
- Assemble the sandwich: Layer mozzarella on one slice of bread, add mushrooms, herbs, and feta, then top with another slice of bread.
- Heat your skillet: Add butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Grill the sandwich: Place it in the skillet and grill for 3–5 minutes until golden-brown, then flip and grill the other side.
- Serve: Let the sandwich rest for a minute before slicing for a neat presentation.
