Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Wash and pit your cherries.
  2. Prepare the filling: Combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, almond extract, and cornstarch.
  3. Make the crust: Roll out dough and cut out rounds for mini pie tins.
  4. Assemble the pies: Place dough in tins and add cherry filling.
  5. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Cool and serve: Allow to cool before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream.

Notes
