  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop the onions and bell peppers, mince the garlic, and cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent and fragrant.
