- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or using muffin liners.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well blended.
- Combine the orange zest, orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and milk in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together using a spatula.
- Fold in the cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool briefly in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack.
