Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or using muffin liners.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well blended.
  3. Combine the orange zest, orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and milk in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together using a spatula.
  5. Fold in the cranberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
