- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder in another bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and M&Ms until evenly distributed.
- Drop generous mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes before baking for better flavor and texture. Store in an airtight container.
